Getting the most out of our eBook products.

When it comes to downloading our eBook products we get a lot of emails asking questions – this is understandable as they’re being downloaded to such a wide range of devices! For your convenience, we decided to put our most frequently asked questions on this subject together in this article, so you can be sure you’re getting the most out of our eBook products!

How will my eBook be sent to me?

eBook DownloadQuickly and conveniently by email, via an easy to use download link!

When you receive your order confirmation email you’ll find a link for downloading the eBook – see the illustration opposite. Simply click on the link and your product will  begin to download.

Where the file will be stored will differ depending on your computer – if you’re using a Windows PC your downloads will be stored in the File Explorer/Downloads folder, and on a Mac, it will go to Finder/Downloads.

Of course, you’re free to move your downloaded file and save it wherever is most convenient for you – in a separate folder, or on your desktop for easy access.

Help! I can no longer download my eBook!

Our eBooks are sent out with a 3-time download limit applied. This is why we recommend you save a copy to your device. If you repeatedly try to read the eBook via the link in your order confirmation email, access will be automatically cut off after you do this three times.

Many customers don’t realise that a copy has already been saved in their downloads folder! In addition, downloading the eBook multiple times can cause you to unnecessarily clog up your computer or device’s storage.

Can I read my eBook on my phone or tablet? If so where do I store it?

On a mobile device you can download a free app to read your eBook with, giving you easy access at the touch of a button!

When you access it from the download link, choose the ‘save’ option,  then save it to the app! Our eBooks are saved in PDF format, and as such they’re compatible with any PDF reader.

Did you know you can also use Amazon’s free Kindle app to read your eBooks? If you’re on an iPhone or iPad you can also choose to use Apple iBooks (this is free to download also, and comes pre-installed on new devices).

Have a Kindle eReader? Simply send the file to your device through the Kindle app!

If you’re saving to Kindle the option might come up to ‘convert to Kindle format’ – we’d strongly advise NOT to do this as it can alter the formatting!

If you’re having problems get in touch with our customer service team who will help you out – telling them which type of device you’re trying to download to.

I’ve deleted my eBook by accident!

Don’t worry – get in touch with our customer service team who can help with any issues you may be having! We can resend your original order email, and help you re-access your products.
