ADC Assessor Training- 2 day client site assessor training course (covers assessor technique and practical application with 3 ADC exercsies, including a one to one, group and written exercise as required)

National Firefighter Selection (NFS) Interview Skills Training- one day interviewer skills training on PQA interviewing technique and use of NFS scoring system

In-band Selection Interview Skills Training- one day interviewer skills training on PQA interviewing technique using BARS method of scoring

PQA Development Training- one day interactive workshops covering 2 PQAs per workshop, using practial exercises, facilitated discussions and self assessment tools.

ADC Preparation Training- one day developmental workshop for candidates to be used in conjunction with ADC Stage 1 Complete Preparation Package and ADC Stage 2 Workbook

Cultural Change and Leadership Workshop- 2 day workshop exploring values and beliefs, leadership behaviours and change orientation.
