Our work with the Scottish FRS

Over the past 2 years we have created bespoke ADCs at each of the 3 key managerial levels to assess candidates using 3-  4 short exercises in a one day ADC.

We have trained over 50 internal assessors through a comprehensive and practical two day Assessor Training course.

We have produced ADC results and fully detailed (often over 10 - 12 pages) candidate feedback reports within 6 weeks of each ADC completion.

We have supported the Scottish ADC collaboration, contributing ADC exercises to a resources pool shared amongst at least 5 FRS.  This excellent example of best practice has also resulted in the sharing of assessors between Brigades, joint assessor training courses, eligibility of candidates to attend ADCs in other regions and significant cost benefits.

We have managed the production of all necessary materials, making venue and role-players arrangements as required.
